From global companies, such as 3M and IBM, to small start-ups, Chris consistently delivers successful marketing campaigns for his clients.

Paul knows his way around the digital space. Whether you're a big corporate or a small start-up looking to harness the potential of the web, Paul's the man for you. He's been there, done it and got the t-shirt. Clients love his quiet confidence and no-nonsense approach.

Sheldon is the creative face of Response with a reputation for speed and quality of delivery. Equally comfortable with print, advertising and web, Sheldon is passionate about delivering great design work, even when budgets are tight and deadlines are even tighter.

Michael is a rare individual, a web specialist who is able to explain technology in a simple and irresistible way. His enthusiasm for the benefits that web technology can bring business is infectious.

Ben's been with Response for more than 10 years, and is an indispensable team member. He is an extremely skilled designer who's dedication to getting the job done right, completed to tight timescales and delivered to client's expectation, is second to none.

Trained as an architect, started working for Building Magazine and then Property Week in the early '90s. Based in London, work now still involves architecture, but also cars, people and increasingly video.

From a background as a Creative Director in advertising working for Coca-Cola, Honda, BMW and 3M, John has more recently focused on branding and change programmes for b-t-b organisations, from Arup and Anglo American to Girlguiding UK, 3663 and the Conservatives.

Thomas has a particular expertise in luxury brands and advises businesses on how to deliver real commercial advantage through brand differentiation. He has worked with major luxury brands such as Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Vertu, Maurice Lacroix and Descent Ski Chalets.

Gill has over 20 years' experience turning complex briefs into clear, concise and compelling copy. She has worked extensively in the property sector and is equally at ease writing about finance, tourism and technology.

When it comes to all things 'photo-shop' Tony is your man. He's a bit of a perfectionist (and perfection takes time!) but the end result is invariably worth it. He turns average images into things of beauty, and that's no mean feat.

Whatever the event, Michelle brings her own brand of professionalism and sparkle to the occasion. An experienced event organiser, Michelle is equally comfortable up front or working behind the scenes. A delightfully smooth operator.
